We moved in early January 2013 to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho which explains the snow on the ground. We bought our home brand new in a large development less than 5 minutes from downtown CDA. I don't mind discussing the buy price and we ended up paying $162,000 for our 4 bedroom and 2 bath rambler. We set up a 15 year fixed mortgage and feel confident that we made a wise financial decision.
